GECA clients satisfaction survey: here is the outcome
Published on-line the synthesis results of the survey carried out on GECA clients satisfaction. The survey has been carried out between February and March 2009 within a sample of GECA´s clients. We have asked them to fill in a questionnaire by expressing an evaluation on twelve elements, divided into three greater areas: product quality, service quality, relationship with the company.
The overall satisfaction index expressed by the sample of the clients interviewed is 7,85 (out of 10). It is a flattering result for us indeed, and the effort we have been doing is that of analysing the nuances of the judgements expressed in order to take action on those aspects which, if compared to the others, show greater margins of improvement. The survey has furthermore given us useful cues for the development of new services.
The clients who have taken part into the survey are now receiving a detailed report.
